- Announcement of 2025 Officer Positions ( President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary)
- The Approval of Minutes from our annual meeting, although it has already been posted on the HOA official website
- The Treasurer will provide his Financial Report and give a reminder of $10.00 HOA membership dues. Note: Dues become delinquent by 3/31/25
TOPICS OF NEW BUSINESS THE BOARD WILL DISCUSS AND/OR VOTE ON
- Voting on a cleaning contract that is now vacant
- Voting to extend the husband-and-wife duo secretary and treasurer contracts
- Voting to extend lawn and flower bed maintenance contract held by same company
- Setting budget for front entrance flowers, garage sale ads, and spring festival. (Reminder: you can request a copy of the budget by emailing the HOA directly.)
- Open Forum for residents
- Adjournment: The next board meeting is scheduled for March 14, 2025, at 7pm.
