Senator Danny Burgess filed the first HOA bill for the regular legislative session, SB 120 (HB 137). If passed, the bill will establish the Office of the HOA Ombudsman, which would have more extensive authority than the Condo Ombudsman and would provide election monitors for homeowner associations HOA’s.
