- Compile a list of 2022 projects and set budgets
- Vote on Bookkeeper and Office Administrator contracts
- Look over and make changes to the cleaning and/or landscaping contracts before they go out to bid
- Volunteer List

- Resident Open Forum with time permitting
- Adjournment – Next HOA Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Friday, February 4th at 7pm
