Board Meeting Update

On May 10, 2024, at 7pm our monthly board meeting was held.  President Jean Carrier, VP Michael Grogan Cheryl Guido, Aaron Caryl, and, Ines Almestica were present.

A quick recap of the meeting.

• The treasurer, Todd LaPiere, gave his financial report; a copy is available to all homeowners. To obtain a copy, email greatergroveshoa@gmail.com and request a copy of the financial report. Great news: per the treasurer, the HOA has money in savings. For more information and to obtain a copy, email greatergroveshoa@gmail.com 
• Board meetings will no longer be available via Zoom, only in person.
• Members who have not paid there $10.00 membership dues have been suspended.  The board sent a letter to those members, providing additional information. Note: If you would like to pay your $10.00 dues, you have options. You can go to the office by the pool during HOA business hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can mail a check to the HOA directly, or  you can simply bring your membership dues to any board meeting and make payment.
• A time frame will be added to Party Request Form
• The Christmas Party budget was passed.
• Playground Maintenance.

The next meeting will be held on August 9, 2024, at 7pm. The June and July meetings have been canceled; however, it has been noted that they may be added back if the board needs to conduct business.
